Director of Emergency Services opportunity in beautiful western North Carolina!

Required Experience:

Current or very recent ED manager level or director experience.

Compensation:

Competitive salary and eligible for 17.5% director incentive bonus (up to 26.25%) depending on hospital performance. Generous relocation package Fantastic benefits

Position Details:

60+ bed community hospital 15 bed

ER Volume:

26K a year (~72 a day) Not a trauma center but see high acuity ~50 FTEs Reports to CNO, CNCs are high performing.
