Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including quarterly and year-end closings, with support from HQ as needed
• Manage inventory valuation and coordinate physical inventory processes
• Oversee cash management, liquidity risk, foreign exchange activities, and debt issuance
• Manage Accounts Receivable in ERP, including credit management and collections
• Collaborate with the sales team to monitor and resolve delinquent accounts
• Maintain fixed asset records in SAP, including capitalizations, depreciation, and disposals
• Oversee the Accounts Payable process
• Support the Managing Director with budgeting and cost accounting
• Maintain cost and financial data for new parts Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
