Assistant Controller ZNR global Watertown, CT Job Details Full-time $81,500 - $110,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Accounting systems Financial close processing Financial performance report preparation Manufacturing facility experience Bachelor's degree GAAP Closing the books Master of Business Administration Full Job Description Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting. Manufacturing and cost-accounting experience strongly preferred. Experience with standard costing, inventory, BOMs, and manufacturing variance analysis preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems. Power BI, automation, or AI-tool experience is a plus. CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a professional designation is a plus but not required.
