ABOUT THE COMPANY DHI365
is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and patient care ecosystem focused on supporting long-term care patients residing in their own homes. Our organization combines remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), telehealth services, pharmacy operations, analytics, and healthcare technology into one integrated care model. We are seeking a Director of Healthcare Technology & Data Operations to help lead the development, integration, and optimization of our healthcare technology infrastructure, data systems, analytics, and care-management platforms.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is ideal for someone who understands both healthcare operations and technology systems. The Director of Healthcare Technology & Data Operations will oversee healthcare technology initiatives, system integrations, analytics infrastructure, reporting workflows, and operational platform development across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, technology-driven, and experienced in healthcare systems, data operations, workflow automation, and cross-platform integrations. This position will work closely with leadership, operational teams, software developers, and external technology partners to improve efficiency, reporting, patient tracking, and care coordination systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Platform Operations Build and maintain unified member and patient tracking systems for care-management operations
  • Support development and optimization of care-management tools, dashboards, workflows, and operational platforms
  • Help implement scalable healthcare technology solutions across departments Systems & Integrations Oversee integrations between EHRs, CRM platforms, pharmacy systems, analytics tools, and operational software
  • Support API integrations, workflow automation, and interoperability across platforms
  • Reduce duplicate workflows, operational bottlenecks, and manual processes Data & Analytics Support development of reporting dashboards for clinical, operational, financial, and contract performance
  • Analyze healthcare and operational data to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Assist with risk stratification, utilization tracking, and population health reporting Compliance & Reporting Support payer, CMS, and operational reporting requirements
  • Maintain data accuracy, documentation standards, and reporting consistency
  • Assist with internal operational audits and compliance workflows Innovation & Operational Improvement Evaluate healthcare technology tools and operational improvements
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved staff workflows
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on ongoing platform improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, analytics, product management, or systems integration
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, reporting, and operational infrastructure
  • Experience with healthcare data, analytics platforms, dashboards, or operational reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, APIs, and healthcare software integrations
  • Experience supporting operational or care-management platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience with RPM, CCM, LTSS, managed care, or population health programs
  • Experience working with payer/provider reporting or healthcare compliance workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics, care-management software, or operational dashboards
  • Experience supporting multi-system healthcare environments
SCHEDULE
Full-time Monday-Friday In-person
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour (based on experience)
