Our comprehensive services include residential, recreational, clinical, and vocational programs across our campus and community locations in multiple counties. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Human Resources. In this vital role, you will lead all aspects of human resources management, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, maintain and implement policies and driving talent development initiatives. Your leadership will empower our team to deliver exceptional care and support to those we serve. Responsibilities Champion a positive and inclusive culture. Work collaboratively across diverse teams. Lead performance management, labor & union relations and regulatory compliance. Serve 400+ employees across 22 locations. Work with all levels of LHM staff and partners to create and promote a positive employee experience and culture of teamwork in a fast-paced work environment in pursuit of quality and compassionate care for those served by LHM. Requirements Minimum of an associate's degree in HR or related business/healthcare field. Minimum of five years of progressive management experience in HR or a closely aligned field. Genuine interest in working with and in the presence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
