On Bonus Offered Full-Time | Permanent with benefits and bonus We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead and scale manufacturing and supply chain operations for a growing organization committed to operational excellence. Must have experience with Manufacturing products that take 2-6 months to make. We aren't looking for Mass Production type experiences Must have Bachelor's in Engineering Degree to be considered

What You'll Do Lead end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations across multiple functions Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, KPI-driven performance) Optimize production, inventory, procurement, and logistics processes Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required) 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations Prior leadership experience at the Director or Senior Operations level Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational KPIs Experience with manufacturing of products with longer lead times to make Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Paid time off & holidays
