Position Summary The Director of Marketing for will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, while supervising and lead our team of Regional Managers. This role requires a proactive leader with deep industry knowledge, a creative mindset, and strong analytical and strategic skills to drive our marketing efforts and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesMarket Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.Campaign Execution:
Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.Content Management:
Develop and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials to effectively increase leasingBudget Oversight:
Develop and manage the marketing budgets for each property and campaign, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing expenses.Brand Consistency:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.Performance Metrics:
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the property management or real estate sector.
