Job Function:

Coordinate all services provided on Memory Lane and comply with all regulatory agencies and administrative direction.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, and scheduling of staff. 2. Screen prospective residents; serve as member of Admissions Committee for admission of residents to Memory Lane. 3. Act as liaison between the facility and resident/family members. 4. Complete assigned Observations and Progress Notes. 5. Coordinate programs, activities and social events 6. Ensure that the social needs of the residents and family members have been met. 7. Coordinate volunteers and community integration. 8. Assist in the development of the service plan 9.
