Role:

The Medical Assistant - Family Practice supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a primary care setting. This role assists with both clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients of all ages while supporting continuity of care and long-term patient relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for visits by obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information while documenting accurately in EPIC. Support providers during patient appointments, procedures, and treatments to ensure efficient clinic flow and quality care. Assist with medication refills, prior authorizations, referrals, and follow-up coordination. Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment while ensuring a clean and organized clinical environment. Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and other care team members to support continuity of care and a positive patient experience. Benefits & Compensation •

Qualifications:
