Job Function:

Lead clinical operations across a high-volume, multi-specialty ASC (800-900 cases/month), including OR, Pre-Op, PACU, and procedural areas Oversee staff performance, development, and scheduling while fostering a strong, team-oriented culture Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and patient safety standards Partner with physicians and leadership to optimize workflows and support growth, including a newly constructed facility with 4 ORs and 2 procedure rooms

Job Requirements:

NY RN license BSN ASC or hospital

OR/PACU RN

experience 2+ years leadership experience
