Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing and clinical operations within the surgery center Manage and mentor clinical staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and professional development Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and executive leadership to optimize patient care and operational workflows Oversee clinical quality initiatives, patient safety programs, and risk management processes Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for perioperative services Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and departmental budgets Lead quality assurance and performance improvement activities Maintain readiness for accreditation and regulatory surveys Foster a positive, patient-focused culture centered on teamwork and accountability Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience within an OR, ASC, and/or PACU environment Salary and Benefit Information $140,000 - $160,000 + 10% annual bonus Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Please email resume to: Joshua Albucker Senior Vice President NOOR Staffing Group 646-492-5653
