Director of Nursing (DON)

Western Hills Healthcare Residence is seeking a Director of Nursing. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided, making necessary adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in Texas
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
• Proven experience in nurse management and leadership roles
