What You'll Do Primary Duties:
Provides leadership in planning, organizing, and directing the delivery of intensive residential nursing services. Opportunity to work with dedicated nursing staff focused on provide quality nursing care to youth Delegate and follow-through on assignments and projects. Engage tasks with high-energy and focus to provide excellent leadership and guidance.Supervision/delegation:
Manager nursing services and nursing training & education Will supervise and manage scheduling for all nurses and medical assistants Work in Carelogic (EMR) and Dr. First Develop policies and procedures and monitor compliance Work with partners (Lab, pharmacy, community providers) This position can hire, discipline, evaluate and terminate subordinate staff with review and approval of superior.Requirements:
Associates degree from a state accredited school of nursing required. BSN recommended. MSN or master's in health care administration (preferred). Current Indiana RN license.
