Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Director to lead our memory care programs and team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, developing innovative programs, managing relationships with residents and families, and ensuring the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, program development expertise, and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Duties Lead and supervise staff to ensure delivery of compassionate, person-centered care aligned with community values. Develop, implement, and evaluate engaging programs that promote resident well-being, independence, and social participation. Manage relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners to foster trust and collaboration. Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, staffing schedules, compliance documentation, and record keeping. Monitor program quality standards and implement continuous improvements to enhance resident experience. Provide leadership in behavioral health interventions and support staff training on best practices. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to memory care services. Qualifications Proven management experience in healthcare or social services settings, preferably within memory care or behavioral health environments. Strong background in program development tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia. Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively. Excellent relationship management skills to build trust with residents, families, staff, and community partners. Experience in budgeting, administrative tasks, and program management is essential. Knowledge of social work principles and behavioral health strategies relevant to memory care populations. Ability to handle complex situations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
