Bachelor's degree 10+ years in Manufacturing Operations management with current P&L responsibility

Preferred Requirements:

MBA degree The successful candidate will play an integral role in directing and executing business goals and objectives for profitable, sustainable growth. This includes implementing key business initiatives, including lean manufacturing, and helping develop high-performance teams. The right candidate should be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understand the business implications of decisions, and be oriented toward profitability.

Responsibilities:

Complete leadership responsibility for performance and overall development of the business unit Manage the operations with a result-driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals Empower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced Plan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics/goals Integrate manufacturing, material,s and maintenance functions, ensuring processes result in high-quality throughput Lead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position, resulting in reduced turn time and cost

Total Compensation:
