• 5+ years of operations, project management, or organizational leadership in a high-pace, high-complexity environment
• Proven ability to lead teams toward clear metrics, outcomes, and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to build systems, SOPs, and infrastructure from scratch
• Strong business intuition — able to see around corners and forecast organizational needs
• High emotional intelligence, discernment, and sound judgment
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential organizational information
• Proficient in Google Workspace and project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Notion, or equivalent)
• Experience in a multisite church, nonprofit, or high-growth entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with church management platforms — Planning Center, Overflow, or similar
• Financial dashboard and reporting experience
• Familiarity with Culture Index, DISC, or similar leadership assessment tools
