JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly capable, strategic, and operationally driven Director of Operations to help lead and scale our growing family law firm in Waxhaw, NC. The Director of Administration will align the leadership team, drive accountability, ensure operational excellence, and oversee the day-to-day functions of the firm. This is a senior leadership role for a proactive, metrics-driven professional who thrives on structure, accountability, and results.RESPONSIBILITIES EOS
Leadership and Accountability Serve as the Integrator within our EOS structure. Lead Level 10 (L10) meetings and drive quarterly Rocks to completion. Ensure the Right People are in the Right Seats. Operations and Performance Management Oversee daily operations across legal, administrative, and client service functions. Develop, document, and continuously improve core processes. Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, profitability, and client experience. Ensure firm systems, technology, and workflows support efficiency and scalability. Maintain operational consistency across all departments. Financial and Business Oversight Partner with ownership to monitor budgets Drive operational decisions that improve margins and efficiency. Analyze financial and performance data to guide leadership decisions.Accounts Payable:
Execute all disbursements, including check-writing, ACH, and vendor payments.Accounts Receivable:
Monitor AR aging and collection status to ensure firm liquidity. Oversee and direct facilities management across all office locations, including lease administration, rent payments, vendor coordination, and ongoing space planning. Lead site selection and logistical planning for new office openings, including evaluating potential spaces, coordinating transitions, and ensuring new locations are operationally ready to support firm growth. Oversee financial department Cultural Leadership Support leadership in maintaining a high-performance, values-driven culture. Ensure clear communication flows throughout the organization. Partner with Human Resources to address and resolve personnel issues in alignment with firm values. Strategic Execution Translate leadership's and/or the Visionary's ideas into actionable plans. Ensure cross-department alignment and collaboration. Lead implementation of growth initiatives and new systems. Maintain focus on long-term scalability while strengthening day-to-day operations. 5+ years of senior-level operations or administrative leadership experience. Experience in professional services (law firm experience strongly preferred). Direct experience working within the EOS framework. Demonstrated success in leading teams and holding leaders accountable. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to manage conflict effectively. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.SCHEDULE 8
