Commercial and Residential Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial and Residential Cleaner to join our cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of both commercial properties and private residences. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness Execute commercial cleaning tasks such as floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfecting in office buildings, retail spaces, and other business environments Handle specialized cleaning duties including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and light janitorial tasks to maintain hygiene and presentation Manage laundry services for residential clients, as needed, ensuring proper handling and care of linens and clothing Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by following proper cleaning procedures and using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Assist with inventory management of supplies Experience 3-5 years of janitorial experience in commercial or residential settings is

REQUIRED

Experience in housecleaning management is a PLUS Knowledge of floor care techniques such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning methods. Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in various environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Previous experience handling laundry services is advantageous. $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
