  • $170,000 | Full-Time | On-Site (Hybrid long-term) Who We Are The Art of Medicine is a PCAB-accredited, LegitScript-certified compounding pharmacy founded in 2012 and licensed in all 50 US States.
We've built a reputation on quality, accountability, and a team that genuinely cares about the patients we serve. Now we're opening a brand new sterile compounding facility , and we're looking for the right person to help lead it. The Opportunity This isn't a seat-warmer role. We're entering the USP 797 sterile space for the first time, which means the person who steps into this role has a real opportunity to shape something from the ground up. If you've ever wanted to build quality infrastructure at a place that actually listens and moves fast, this is it. You'll report to our Operations Manager and work closely with our pharmacists and technicians every day. What You'll Own Adherence to and oversight of USP Chapters 795, 797, and 800 Quality control and quality assurance across the facility Writing, executing, and holding others accountable to SOPs Building and maintaining a technician training program Formula creation and consolidation New product implementation Supporting inventory management systems Leading and assisting with regulatory inspections Year One Reality We'll be honest with you: the first year is heavy. We're exponentially increasing our capacity, entering a sensitive new space, and the bar for quality is non-negotiable. We're dealing with patient lives and our goal is to do it with the highest quality possible. You'll be planning, implementing, and holding the standard at the same time. What We're Looking For A licensed pharmacist and strong leader of people is strongly preferred, though we'll consider exceptional candidates with the right sterile compounding background. Compensation & Details Salary:
$150,000
  • $170,000 depending on experience Full-time, on-site (Collingdale, PA) Long-term hybrid opportunity as the operation matures Preferred start: July
  • August 2025 (flexible for the right candidate)
