Aviva Mental Health Services, Inc is a company located in Collingdale, PA 19023. We are seeking a Master's-level Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful growth and emotional wellness in a supportive outpatient setting.

Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, CRNPs, primary care providers, and/or other professionals, as needed Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations Participate in all required team meetings and supervision Complete 16 hours of training on a yearly basis Complete other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Director Mental Health Therapist qualifications and skills: Masters Degree required (MSW, MHS, social sciences, healthcare, or related field). License (LPC, LCSW) preferred in the social sciences, healthcare or related field. 1-2 years of direct care experience required in the Mental Health Services field, including experience working with children ages 5-14 years old. Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background, and FBI Clearances. Play therapy / Art therapy certification is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

We are seeking a candidate who is able to work evening hours and weekends (Saturdays). Full-time position and part-time position available.
