In 2025, we expanded into pool construction and have seen strong growth with an established pipeline of both residential and commercial projects. We are now seeking a proven leader to help scale and solidify our pool division into a high-performing, premier operation. Position Overview The Director of Pool Construction & Operations will lead and grow our pool division, overseeing all client engagement, project planning, and execution. This role is both client-facing and operational, responsible for driving business results while ensuring high-quality project delivery. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a division within an established, reputable company, with the support of strong brand recognition, existing demand, and internal infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Business Development Serve as the primary point of contact for pool construction clients (residential and commercial) Lead client consultations, project scoping, and relationship management Support project estimating, pricing, and proposal development Maintain a strong pipeline and contribute to revenue growth Ensure a high-quality client experience from initial contact through project completion Operations & Project Oversight Oversee all pool construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, and resource allocation Identify and resolve project risks proactively Division Leadership & Growth Build and implement scalable processes, workflows, and systems Establish performance metrics for project delivery and financial outcomes Partner with leadership to set and execute short- and long-term growth goals Contribute to expanding the division's presence in the New England market Team Development Hire and develop key team members as the division grows Provide leadership, structure, and accountability across field and project teams Qualifications Required Extensive experience in pool construction, with strong preference for gunite expertise Proven ability to manage or lead construction projects and client relationships Experience in estimating, pricing, or business development within construction Strong understanding of construction operations and project delivery Preferred Experience helping build or scale a division or business line Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Experience in both residential and commercial construction environments Willingness to relocate or travel within the region as needed

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$150,000 (commensurate with experience)
