Your leadership will drive strategic planning, manage operational budgets, and cultivate strong relationships with families, staff, and the community. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive curriculum that promotes early childhood development and learning excellence. Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, improve educational quality, and enhance community engagement. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality educational standards. Manage and supervise preschool staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to staff to support their growth in education administration, teaching, and leadership skills. Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community events. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or leadership within preschool or early childhood settings. Strong background in curriculum development tailored to young children's developmental needs. Demonstrated success in fundraising efforts to support program growth and enrichment activities. Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute them effectively. Experience managing budgets and financial resources efficiently. Leadership qualities that inspire teams, coupled with effective management and supervising experience. Skilled in public speaking, community outreach, and building partnerships with stakeholders. Classroom teaching experience with working knowledge of early childhood education standards. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
