Job Description

Director of Product Management, YourCause The Director of Product Management, YourCause is accountable for the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and execution of the YourCause portfolio within Blackbaud's Corporate Impact business. This leader combines deep data fluency, disciplined critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity to build products that help social impact organizations and corporate teams move forward with confidence; reducing friction, increasing clarity, and accelerating measurable outcomes for the employees, communities and causes they serve. This is a senior leadership role responsible for translating bold, data-driven product strategy into outcomes that customers can feel in their day-to-day work: faster decisions, clearer workflows, and greater impact. The ideal candidate pairs deep proficiency in payments and financial operations with AI/ML-driven product development and (ideally) the corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector. They are comfortable digging into complex datasets, asking incisive questions, pressure-testing assumptions, and turning ambiguity into clear decisions. They will lead and grow a high-performing product team, embed trust through security, reliability, transparency, and compliance across the product lifecycle, and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Treasury to accelerate innovation and responsible revenue growth. This role works in close collaboration with the broader Blackbaud portfolios advancing connected, end-to-end workflows and data-driven visibility across Blackbaud's AI Copilot, Blackbaud Verified Network, and core fundraising and payments platforms. What you'll do Set and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the YourCause portfolio, aligned to Corporate Impact strategy and customer outcomes. Translate strategy into clear priorities, requirements, and tradeoffs across epics/features, balancing customer needs, monetization, and technical constraints. Embed trust end-to-end through security, risk/fraud controls, compliance, and transparent customer experiences. Lead AI-first innovation by delivering practical, embedded AI that reduces friction and enables confident decisions inside workflows. Drive execution with Engineering and Technology Centers of Excellence, using SAFe/Agile; managing intake, dependencies, releases, and delivery quality. Define and track KPIs for product health, growth, and impact; run experiments and turn insights into action. Lead customer discovery and stakeholder partnership to validate needs, test assumptions, and continuously improve the roadmap. Build and lead a high-performing product team; partner cross-functionally on launches, adoption, and go-to-market execution. Provide thought leadership on issues related to the CSR sector, and understand market trends and the competitive landscape. What you'll bring 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and developing product teams. Track record of shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities (including generative AI and/or agentic systems) with responsible data and governance practices. Experience building and scaling SaaS products, with strong product discovery and Agile/SAFe delivery fundamentals. Strong analytical and experimentation skills (metrics, A/B testing, funnel optimization) to guide decisions and measure impact. Proven ability to define and execute product strategy that drives measurable growth, including pricing/packaging and other monetization levers. Experience operating in regulated and risk-sensitive environments, including compliance, security, fraud/risk controls, and data governance. Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence, grounded in critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
