Job Opening Information Director of Pupil Personnel Services Application Deadline 5/25/2026 Position Start Date 7/1/2026 Position Title Director of Pupil Personnel Services Required Application Type Teacher / Admin Job Description The East Bloomfield Central School District is seeking a dynamic student-centered leader committed to serving students in the role of Director of Pupil Personnel Services. The Director of Pupil Personnel Services is a cabinet level position and involves the design, development, management, monitoring, supervision, and administration of Pupil Services programs, including special education and student support services, in grades Preschool through grade 12. The Director administers and supervises all aspects of the Pupil Services program, including, but not limited to, special education and related clinical services, related intervention and support services, nursing, civil rights, Title I, 504, McKinney-Vento, and English Language Learner services. Job Qualifications Requirements for the position include:
NYS Administrative Certification:
SDA or SDL Possess a strong foundation and knowledge of effective practices in working with Students with Disabilities and demonstrate an understanding of how to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that honors and ensures the success of ALL learners Ability to effectively facilitate groups and bring groups to consensus in the best interests of students Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, district leadership team, parents and students Strong instructional leader with a knowledge of effective instructional practices and data driven decision making Excellent communication and strong team player Proven ability to craft creative solutions to complex problems
