Job Description

Job Summary The Director of Recruitment is responsible for overseeing and executing strategies to attract prospective students and ensure a seamless transition from admission to enrollment. This role involves leading recruitment initiatives, managing outreach efforts, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance the university's visibility and appeal to potential students. This position plays a key role in increasing enrollment and enhancing the overall student experience. Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students, ensuring alignment with the university's enrollment goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing support, and evaluating performance to optimize recruitment efforts. Coordinate and execute outreach initiatives, including high school visits, college fairs, community partnerships, and digital engagement to increase visibility and attract potential applicants. Collaborate with academic departments and campus offices to promote academic programs, scholarships, and student services, ensuring cohesive communication with prospective students and families. Analyze recruitment data and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven adjustments to improve student enrollment outcomes. Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and businesses, to expand recruitment pipelines and strengthen relationships. Ensure a positive and supportive experience for new students, from recruitment to enrollment, enhancing engagement and retention through personalized communication and transition support. Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications Minimum:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree. At least 3 years of experience Experience in higher education, admissions and student recruitment. The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills. Strong editing skills with the ability to write for a variety of audiences with strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with all campus stakeholders.
