The Home2 Suites by Hilton Danvers, MA is currently under construction and will introduce a modern extended stay product to the North Shore market. Conveniently located near major highways, corporate hubs, and coastal destinations, this hotel is positioned to serve a mix of business, project-based, and leisure travelers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the pre-opening team, build the hotel's commercial foundation, and establish a strong market presence from day one. Director of Sales Home2 Suites by Hilton Danvers, MA Extended Stay | New Development | AAM15 Management, LLC As Director of Sales, you will lead the hotel's sales strategy and drive revenue performance across all key segments. Reporting to the General Manager and partnering closely with AAM15's regional sales and revenue leadership, this role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will play a critical role in launching the hotel, building the account base from the ground up, and positioning the property for long-term success. This is a key leadership role and part of the hotel's Executive Committee. Key Responsibilities Lead all sales efforts with a strong focus on extended stay, project-based, corporate, and group business Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-opening and ongoing Sales Business Plan aligned with revenue goals Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, site visits, and local market engagement Build and establish key accounts from the ground up, including corporate, healthcare, construction, and relocation segments Partner with Revenue Management to implement pricing and positioning strategies that optimize market share and profitability Identify and capitalize on local demand drivers across the North Shore and Greater Boston markets Lead, coach, and develop the sales effort, ensuring accountability and performance against goals Establish strong relationships within the local community and key demand generators Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to hotel leadership and ownership Contribute as an active member of the Executive Committee in overall hotel strategy and performance What We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, with prior leadership experience preferred Experience in extended stay, select service, or new hotel openings strongly preferred Proven ability to generate new business and build accounts from the ground up Strong understanding of local and regional demand drivers, ideally within Massachusetts or New England Hands-on, proactive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience with hotel sales systems such as Delphi, and familiarity with PMS and revenue platforms Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
