Interim Social Services Director Immediate Start Required We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Social Services Director to join our team immediately. This position is responsible for overseeing and directing the Social Services Department to ensure that the emotional, social, and medical needs of our residents are met in accordance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct social services programs and resident support services Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning Coordinate with nursing, administration, families, and community agencies Assist residents and families with financial resources, transportation, and social service needs Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies Provide support and guidance to residents and families regarding resident rights and available services

Qualifications:
