Job Description:

Director - Portfolio Management - Renewable Fund (New York) A leading global infrastructure asset manager is seeking a Director to support the financial and portfolio management of its energy transition fund. Key Responsibilities Lead fund-level financial reporting, valuations, and investor returns Oversee treasury, liquidity, and cash flow management Support investor communications, including quarterly updates and meetings Provide financial and structuring input on investments, refinancings, and exits Assist with fundraising activities and capital planning Drive portfolio value enhancement initiatives Ensure strong governance and compliance across the fund Candidate Profile Experience in infrastructure, renewable energy ( highly preferred ), or private equity fund management / fund finance / valuations Strong financial analysis, modeling, and reporting capabilities Understanding of fund structures, liquidity management, and investor requirements Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment Excellent communication skills with exposure to institutional investors preferred
