Title and Summary Director, Product Management Overview Mastercard's Blockchain and Digital Assets group, part of the Core Payments division, is focused on advancing the adoption of digital assets within the global payments ecosystem. As a multi-rail network, Mastercard continues to innovate across card-based and account-based solutions, enabling compliant, secure, and scalable experiences for consumers, businesses, and institutions. The Director, Product Management, Crypto Flows will lead strategic product initiatives that enable seamless movement between digital assets (including cryptocurrencies and stablecoins) and traditional fiat systems. This role focuses on card issuance, but also covers select projects in acceptance, and emerging Web3-enabled flows. The role is expected to contribute to scaling global programs, expanding use cases, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Role Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for Crypto Cards - cards funded with crypto/stablecoin, or which earn crypto rewards - and other emerging Web3 payment experiences Drive growth of crypto card issuance globally, supporting program scaling, partner enablement, and delivery against key business KPIs Partner with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and digital asset players to develop and scale innovative payment use cases, including self-custody Web3 Cards. Define and evolve product value propositions, including pricing strategies and GTM approaches across geographies. Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality product experiences Enhance Mastercard's network capabilities by contributing to the evolution of franchise rules, risk frameworks, and regulatory alignment for digital asset transactions Act as a thought leader in the digital assets space, engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape strategy and strengthen Mastercard's market position All About You Deep experience in product management within payments, fintech, or digital assets, with a strong understanding of card issuance ecosystems Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and emerging Web3 use cases, with the ability to translate trends into scalable products Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect product decisions to commercial impact Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior internal and external audiences Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in payments and digital commerce Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
