Job Description

These positions function within Legacy Human Services, Inc., a private, non-profit organization located in Vance, Granville, Franklin and Warren Counties, North Carolina. Legacy Human Services, Inc. operates a variety of Mental Health and Substance Abuse services as well as residential group homes for people with Intellectual/Developmental Disability. Each Clinical Director oversees the mental health line or Substance Abuse line of services which includes ACTT, Mental Health Group Home, PSR, and Apartments as well as a Substance Abuse Halfway House and SAIOP. Primary Purpose of the Position The primary purpose of these positions is to administratively and clinically manage the mental health and substance abuse lines of business which includes: The ADP Center, Warren Street Group Home, and Burnette Road Apartments, Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) services and the Substance Abuse Program which includes a Halfway House for Men and SAIOP. Duties include, but are not limited to,: collaborating with clients, staff, families and community agencies to help clients achieve their goals; development, oversight and evaluation of program activities and interventions and Quality Control for assigned programs. The agency operates under MCO contracts with all 4 MCOs, private insurances, and adheres to the regulations of N.C. Department of Health and Human Services. Additionally the agency is CARF accredited. Work Schedule These are part-time positions. Normal working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, three days a week, and other times when covering on-call first responder duties or emergency situations, as they arise. Flexibility is required.
Requires :
Minimum education: Master's degree, in a human services field Administrative Experience Licensed as LCAS, LPC, LCSW, LCMHC or LCMHC-S Valid NC Driver's License Clean Criminal Background Check and Health Care Registry Check Ability to pass Physical / TB Test Pre-Employment Drug Testing Ability to maintain First Aid, CPR and NCI certification upon training.
