Competitive/DOE About the Role This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of customer relationships, supply operations, and company growth. You will own the end-to-end supply chain function — from procurement through delivery — and serve as the primary operational partner to our B2B customers. This is a hands-on role. You will be present on the floor, in customer conversations, and in supplier negotiations. What You'll Own Customer relationships Serve as the senior supply chain point of contact for B2B customers — managing expectations, escalations, and strategic relationships Communicate proactively on order status, capacity, and delivery timelines Build and deepen long-term partnerships with key accounts Team leadership Lead and develop four direct reports: Supply Chain Planning Manager, Procurement Manager, Warehouse Manager, and IT Lead Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus Procurement & supplier management Oversee sourcing, contracting, and negotiations for raw materials, packaging, and ingredients Identify and develop strategic sourcing alliances to support growth and resilience Planning & inventory Manage demand planning, S&OP, production scheduling, and capacity alignment Coordinate monthly forecast review meetings and align production plans with Sales and Operations Maintain inventory levels aligned with turns goals and working capital targets Logistics & warehouse Oversee all inbound, intercompany, and outbound material movement Drive cost-effective, on-time delivery performance Performance & systems Establish and report onKPIs:
on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and cost Support ERP data integrity and process improvement within JD Edwards (JDE) What You Bring 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in nutraceutical, food & beverage, or contract manufacturing Proven track record managing B2B customer relationships at a senior level Hands-on leadership style — comfortable on the floor and in the data Strong background in procurement, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing Solid foundation in demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and logistics Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams ERP proficiency — JD Edwards (JDE) preferred, other platforms considered Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field required; APICS certification (CSCP, CPIM) a plus High energy, bias toward action, and comfort operating in a fast-growing environmentBenefits:
