Dish Washer

The dishwashers are the unsung heroes of Brown's Orchards. As a dishwasher, you would be in charge of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for tableware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Loads, runs, and unloads dishes into dish washing machine. Replaces cleaned kitchenware in its proper department/location. Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for deli and bakery. Monitor dishes to ensure they are appropriately clean prior to being used again. Monitors dish-washing machines and alerts management in the event repairs are needed. Removing trash and garbage to dumpster Observes all health code and food safety requirements and organizational guidelines at all times.
