Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables and clearing plates to support the serving staff Support food preparation activities by organizing supplies and ensuring cleanliness in food prep areas Aid in catering setup and cleanup for events or banquets to ensure smooth service delivery Follow proper sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to uphold safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain an organized work environment Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing, food handling, or catering is a plus Experience in banquet settings or hotel kitchens can be beneficial but is not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involving lifting and moving items safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of our vibrant hospitality team!
