Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. Support catering events by ensuring all necessary items are cleaned and ready for service. Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workspace and assist with other tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a food service or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
