Job Overview We are searching for a Dishwasher to join our team. You will be joining a new kitchen that has grown alongside a thriving and growing brewery. You will be expected to be knowledgeable and familiar with our brand values and to uphold our company culture. This position will require evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Job Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of prep kitchen & dishpit floors, walls, and work areas Take out trash and recyclables; clean and restock sanitation stations Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing storage areas Operate commercial dishwashing machine Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of dishpit throughout the shift Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supplies and report when low Maintain a clean workspace Bus dishes from the kitchen & bar to the dishpit Breakdown dishpit at the end of the shift Reliable transportation Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds Ability to work flexible days and hours
