•Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly. Organize clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards. Follow proper procedures for handling food waste and recycling materials. Taking care of trash on a nightly basis Skills Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed in a busy kitchen setting.
