Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supporting kitchen staff during busy service times Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Busing tables and clearing plates to facilitate smooth food service operations Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely cleanup during peak hours and special events Skills Strong understanding of food service operations and restaurant workflows Experience with food handling, cleaning, and sanitation protocols in a hospitality environment Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings such as restaurants, hotels, or catering events Basic culinary knowledge including food preparation and kitchen safety practices Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy periods Familiarity with banquet service or large-scale catering is a plus Willingness to learn new skills related to food service, catering, and hospitality operations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain valuable restaurant experience while contributing to a lively dining atmosphere.
