Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed. Support the cleaning and organization of kitchen stations, storage areas, and dining spaces to ensure a tidy environment. Collaborate with team members during catering events or banquet setups to facilitate smooth service operations. Handle food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly to promote sustainability. Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing, food preparation, or catering experience is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or moving supplies. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and guests. Basic understanding of food handling practices and sanitation procedures. Prior experience in hotel or culinary settings is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
