Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace. Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, glasses, and silverware during busy service times. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and station setup. Help with light cleaning duties throughout the dining area and kitchen to maintain a welcoming environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of dishware and supplies during peak hours. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols diligently to uphold health standards. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic understanding of food handling safety practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
