Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining high standards of food preparation and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have experience in a restaurant or catering environment, with a strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness. Responsibilities Wash dishes with a commercial dishwasher and by hand, ensuring every dish is ready for service in a timely fashion Maintain a clean dish washing area Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Keep track of cleaning supplies and let management know when stock is low Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is required. Knowledge of dish washing procedures Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Food service certification Training pay starts at $12/hour, up to $15/hour plus tips (equaling $18-21/hour) available when needed skills have been demonstrated for 2 weeks.
