Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher and be a vital part of creating a seamless dining experience! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and cooking utensils, supporting the overall flow of food preparation and service. Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper food handling techniques Assist with basic meal preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and cleaning workstations to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces to ensure compliance with food safety standards Support food handling procedures by properly storing cleaned items and ensuring they are ready for use in meal service or catering events Collaborate with kitchen team members to facilitate efficient food service operations during busy hours Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and equipment use to prevent contamination or accidents Help with light catering or event setup when needed, ensuring all dishware and utensils are prepared for service Skills Basic cooking knowledge and familiarity with kitchen operations Strong knife skills are a plus for assisting with meal prep when necessary Experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding fast-paced workflows Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude to support a collaborative environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop culinary skills and gain insight into the food industry. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
