Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support the culinary team during busy service times. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Support catering and banquet services by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events. Help with bussing tables and clearing plates to facilitate smooth dining operations. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service. Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Experience in food handling, cleaning, or catering environments will be advantageous. Familiarity with basic kitchen operations or banquet settings can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
