About us About the role As a Multi-Store Manager, you will lead the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for multiple stores. You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and strong community engagement. You coach your team to reach their full potential and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers and associates. The impact you can have In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections. Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Hire and build an effective store team through training, coaching, and talent development. Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
