$16-$20/hr DOE Lucky Beaver Bar & Burger is looking for hardworking, dependable team players to join our back-of-house crew as Dishwashers. This is not just a "dish pit" job — this role is a critical part of keeping one of Tahoe's busiest late-night restaurants running strong. The right person takes pride in working hard, staying organized under pressure, and being part of a fast-moving team environment. What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and general kitchen cleanliness Support cooks and kitchen staff with stocking and basic prep tasks when needed Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times Help the kitchen stay fully operational during busy late-night service What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Nights, weekends, and holiday availability preferred Why Work at Lucky Beaver?
