• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary The dishwasher role is focused on maintaining a clean and professional kitchen environment.

We're here to take exceptional care of our guests and one another. Your Duties and Responsibilities Wash all dirty service items i.e plates, glassware, silverware, pots and pans for the outlet. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish area. Take out garbage and dirty linen. Assist in the daily cleaning of the pantry, cooking line, prep kitchen, dish area, stairs, walk-in and prep area. Report any maintenance or repairs needed to the Executive Chef. Follow departmental policies as well as restaurant rules and regulations set forth in the Employee Handbook and by management. What You Bring No experience required. We will train. Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks. Food Handler Certification (if applicable). Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment usage. Able to multitask in a dynamic, and fast paced environment. You're able to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities. Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch for the duration of shift (eight hours) Ability to lift and/or move and/or push up to 40 pounds without assistance Differences make a difference.
