Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher (Weekends/Seasonal) and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. As a key team member, you will ensure the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, supporting the overall flow of food service operations during busy weekends and seasonal periods. Your dedication helps create an inviting experience for guests and supports our culinary team's success. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as cleaning produce or organizing ingredients when needed. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper food handling procedures are followed. Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and food handling to ensure a safe working environment. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold high standards of sanitation. Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices. Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads, and bending. Knowledge of basic kitchen operations including bussing tables, food preparation support, and cleaning routines. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff during busy periods. Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
