Service Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Service Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays a major role in supporting daily restaurant, rooftop, banquet, and hotel operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, fast-paced, and takes pride in creating a clean and organized guest experience. This is a hands-on hospitality role with opportunities to learn multiple areas of hotel food & beverage operations. Responsibilities Run food to guests quickly and accurately Buss and reset tables throughout service Assist bartenders and servers with guest needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and bar areas Support banquet and event setup/breakdown Assist with rooftop, restaurant, and hotel operational tasks Help stock service stations, ice, glassware, and supplies Support the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day assignments Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout shifts Assist with large parties, special events, and busy weekends Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams Qualifications Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend and holiday availability required Able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift Reliable transportation and punctual attendance What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys being active, staying organized, and helping the team succeed during busy services and events.
