Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment for guests Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing when needed to support kitchen staff Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, clearing service areas, and maintaining cleanliness Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and restrooms through regular cleaning routines Handle food handling responsibilities with attention to safety standards and hygiene protocols Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving supplies Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in busy settings Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus but not mandatory Basic understanding of culinary processes including bussing, food preparation, and serving techniques Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction Join us in creating memorable experiences by keeping our dining spaces spotless and supporting our culinary team!
