Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide reliable, high-quality pool maintenance and service, ensuring pools are clean, balanced, and operating safely for our customers. This is a hands-on, independent role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering excellent service. What You Will Do:

Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance (skimming, brushing, vacuuming) Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain safe water conditions Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance needs Communicate with customers and provide education on pool care Maintain accurate service records using handheld devices Follow company service protocols and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of work experience (customer service or outdoor labor preferred) Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Must be 18 years or older Willingness to work full-time (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends as needed)

Physical Demands:

Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Additional Requirements:

Ability to obtain any required certifications or training (if applicable) Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean, working condition
