Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, plating, or portioning ingredients under supervision. Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving food, or clearing after service. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food service and hospitality to guests. Experience Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Experience with bussing tables or supporting catering events is a plus. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols is advantageous. Previous kitchen or hotel experience can help you excel in this role but is not mandatory. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic environment.
